A quick bit about our policy here. Normally I don’t like to post things where people actually seriously get hurt. There’ve been lots of vids that are filled with splode, but people are injured or even killed. And I don’t want any of that shit. The site is not supposed to be a downer.
I do, however, post things where people hurt themselves and nobody else–usually due to their own stupidity. Because that, at least, is instructional.
This video has its safety tip built in: a longboarder had an accident. The tip says to wear your safety gear. I think, however, a smarter more useful tip might have been “For fuck’s sake don’t board down a hill in the rain when there’s cars parked on either side of the road inviting you to get intimate with their bumpers!”
I mean for Christ’s sake, people…
