The group, from what I can gather, is called Wagdug Futuristic Unity. The EP is called Nu Riot. The song is called “Ill Machine” and features Ultra Brain, which sounds like a Doom Patrol villain. And the song itself belongs to the musical subgenre of “Music to Break Shit By.”
As Pink Tentacle tells us, this music video takes place “where heavily armed gas-masked clones battle giant machines that assemble themselves from trash and set out to cleanse the planet by blasting everything to smithereens.”
